Dave has been involved in Real Estate Investing and Real Estate Sales for over 40 years. He has been helping buyers and sellers with Real Estate for over 23 years as an Agent and Broker/Owner. Dave has sold properties ranging in price from $25,000 to $3,400,000 and represents sellers and buyers in both residential and Investment properties. Dave grew up in Chula Vista attending Castle Park High School, Southwestern College, San Diego State University and The University of Redlands with Degrees in Aerospace Science and Business Administration with post graduate courses in Manufacturing Engineering.
Prior to selling Real Estate Dave worked as an Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer at Rohr Industries and Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at Northrop Corporation on the B-2 Stealth Bomber in Pico Rivera and Palmdale. He retired early at 39 from Aerospace 1994.
