Dave listed my fathers home in April of 2014 as he recently passed away. There was a reverse mortgage on the property as well as an IRS Tax Lien, a State Franchise Tax Board Lien, a County Tax Lien and as Trustees, we were not able to sign off at closing as the home was not included in my fathers Trust. We consulted two different Tax and Trust Attorneys and they both advised to let the property foreclose, which we were adamantly against.

Dave performed a miracle working on the sale of this home. Had it not been for his expertise and persistence on dealing with the IRS, the State of California, and the County of San Diego on Tax Liens this house would have never sold. Dave was successful in removing ALL of the tax liens against my fathers property and was able to have the property put back in the Trust so we could sign off at closing. I do not know of any other agent that would have invested so much of their time and hard work into selling my father's house. We are deeply grateful and to this day we are still in TOTAL SHOCK that he was able to sell and successfully close on our family's home in Chula Vista.
